Mama mia pizza olio topping

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil (Italian Varietal Blend, SYV)

2 cloves garlic

¼ tsp. dried oregano

¼ tsp. dried basil

½ tsp. dried parsley

¼ tsp. dried marjoram

¼ tsp. red pepper flakes

¼ tsp. black pepper

 

Puree ingredients in a blender. Store in a small covered jar in the refrigerator up to 3 weeks. Brush oil sauce on pizza dough, sprinkle on desired cheese, then add toppings. Cook just like sauced pizzas, but reduce cooking time by a minute or two.
