Extra Virgin Olive Oils

All of our extra-virgin olive oils (EVOOs) are cold-pressed extra-virgin and many are pressed from olives from our grove in Los Alamos; they are marked estate bottled. Theo sources olives from a couple other places if something impresses her. On Theo's tasting trips to Greece, she always falls in love with an oil there and usually ends up importing it specially for her customers.
Right now, we carry one of her favorites, an exclusive from the island of Crete, Kalamata.
