Three Instant Flavor Spikes with Vinegar

Looking for the short & easy ways to use vinegar? We call it instant flavor in a bottle. Or the antithesis to butter.

All it takes is a few shakes of our bottles and you can makeover dishes. Three of our favorites:

  • Rice reinvention. Replace 1/3 of the water with a Global Gardens fruit vinegar

  • Cake uplift. Make your chocolate mix super moist with 1 Tablespoon of Pomegranate or Fig vinegar

  • Magical reduction*. 1 cup of vinegar makes 1/2 cup reduction. Bring vinegar to a boil over medium-high heat in a skillet. When the vinegar sticks to the back of a metal spoon, it’s finished. Be careful not to overcook, or you will make hard candy. It may seem runny but it will thicken as it cools.

*Good news ... Global Gardens vinegars are simple to reduce because they contain a high ratio of fruit. The natural sugars in the fruit thicken as the acid from the vinegar boils away. Other vinegars often require brown sugar or even butter! Bleck.
