Reductions are SO EASY! Just boil for a few minutes per cup. Or, do as i do. Boil the WHOLE BOTTLE. Seriously, it will take about 10-12 minutes. Reduce by 50%. The reduction will thicken as it cools; you can always turn it back on if you want it thicker--but you can't add water if you want it thinner & you don't want to make vinegar candy now...do you? |
