Himalayan-Pink: Anita & Sunita were adopted from Nepal is 2001. The Himalayan Kindgom is their motherland. In 2017, they got to go “home” and cook with their sisters and family there. Pink Salt from the Magical Kingdom (the Loca’s name for Nepal) is traditional culinary fare on everything from daily “dal baht” to chili chicken. This salt is a little sweet, just like Anita & Sunita!

Mediteraranean-Black: Theo’s Motherland. A salt blend wouldn’t be complete without Mediterranean Volcanic sea crystals. Black sea crystals are on the best sources of healthy salt.

California-Pacific: Our home. Isn’t it ironic that when you put the Global Gardens family together, we all come from salt lands? We think so! White crystal chunky salt from the Pacific. Super clean, crisp, local sea crystals, naturally harvested from Mendocino waters are sun dried to perfection.
