SURPRISE! Theo planted 200 olive trees in Rolling Hills, Santa Ynez and this is our first harvest! Only 192 bottles created…the exact opposite in terroir and finish from this years 11/11 Olio Nuovo. Enjoy a creamy, smooth, fruity, almost sweet terroir from this Italian Varietal blend with a bright pink peppercorn finish. “Vie Caprice” means “on a whim”…and is the name of a vineyard owned by our Clubbies and local friends, the Hertzogs.
